So they called from the ultrasound place today and wondered if I could come in tomorrow instead of Thursday. Would I??!!!!! I'm so stoked! But also a little apprehensive. What if something's wrong with the baby... I know I need to trust and have faith and not worry... but it just crosses my mind anyway.

So anyway, what do y'all think we're having? A third boy? Or the first granddaughter on dh's side??

No good reason, that's just what I'm going to say. :D (Do you have to drive into the city to get the U/S? I'm guessing yes since that's where your doc will be.) I'm guessing girl too~ :) No real gut feeling there, just a guess~ ;) Are you hoping for pink over blue? I was hoping for a boy, but would have been just as happy with a healthy baby girl~ :) I can't wait to hear how it goes!!!

I honestly don't care either way, I just like to see what other people think! Earlier in this pregnancy I was so sick and hormonal and resentful of my condition (and the baby!) and I just thought, wow if this is another boy I will be so mad I had to go through all this! But now I'm just like hey, a girl would be something fun and new but a family of boys is so cool too... so really I'm totally ok either way... and I think God had a lot to do with that!

That's great gal! I felt pretty much the same way in the beginning of this pregnancy and felt the same before we found out he was a boy. God sure knows what needs to happen to soften our hearts, eh? I can't believe you're already in your 19th week!!!!!!

Kim - they are so excited!! Blake wanted a girl up until last night... then he decided he'd rather have a boy to play with. I think 90% of my friends/family thought it would be a girl but I wasn't too surprised!

PianoMama - don't have an official name yet... I've always liked Ethan, other options are Sawyer or Parker but our last name starts with R so I'm not too sure on those!

Congrats! A few years ago, I had a friend with 4 boys. When she got pregnant, I asked her if she wanted a lil' girl. She actually said no. She already knew how to deal with boys. She ended up with a boy and then a lil' girl.

I really like the name Sawyer. It's a "normal" name that isn't too common.

Congratulations! [clapping] We're a boy family! I have 2 boys myself and figure if we have anymore it will be another boy. My boys are the only grandchildren on my side but DH's family have 6 grandsons and no granddaughters yet. DH's sister is pregnant and due next spring. In an early ultrasound they told her it was a boy but are waiting for definite confirmation at the end of this month. If this is the case this will be her fourth boy and my in-laws seventh grandson.
