I'm gonna wait a couple of months.

Well, I took a blood test last Friday morning (8 dpo) and my doctor's office called the next day to tell me I got a "weak positive". I wasn't sure how to register that? Since it wasn't the actual doctor that called me, I didn't ask any questions. Instead, I emailed my doc and asked her about my hCG value (posted on my patient account online) and she said it was in normal range. Of course, translating the rest of my lab results is impossible for me.

Anyway, I took a urine test this morning and it gave me the result below in the pic. Obviously, it looks weak. (I should have started af by today) I know that a positive is a positive, no matter how faint it is...but since I just had a mc this past April, I haven't allowed myself to get too excited about it. Now I have to wait another 4 weeks to get my u/s to see how far along I am. I hope and [pray] this one sticks with me. It's going to be a long 4 weeks.

OH GINA!!!! I will try not to be too excited because I am sure even though you are SO super excited you want to protect your heart. I am super excited though. I will be praying for you and your new little bean, that he/she sticks put and these next 4 weeks fly by without anything to cause you doubt. I will be praying praying praying. And just keep your trust in Him. He knows your heart and He has such a perfect will for you and this little baby no matter what happens. I am praying for smooth sailing and no scares.

I feel ok. I feel a little nauseous (more toward the evenings) and bloated most of the time. I thought you didn't feel these things until weeks into the pregnancy? I don't remember feeling ANY ickies with ds. But, I'm grateful for any "different" feelings right now.

Things started a lot sooner this time for me, too, gal. I felt queasy, bloated and achy right away... then it all kinda faded off then came back with a vengeance at about 8 to 10 weeks and didn't go away until I was finished with month four. Ugh. I hope you have an EASY pregnancy gal~

Ok, it's been a LOOONG 4 weeks! I have my ultra sound scheduled for this Wednesday...hoping to hear a heartbeat and see that baby is developing "normal". DH and I are very nervous, so please pray for our acceptance if things don't work out the way we hope--We know the Lord has a will for us and this baby.

As for me, I am nauseous all the time. No matter what I eat, it gives me a stomach ache, gas, or BOTH! UGh! I haven't vomited, but SO on the verge of it many times. I never was ill with my DS, so this is all new to me. Either this baby is developing REALLY well or I'm just older now and I'm not able to handle the hormone changes this time.

Back in April I started to MC on day 56 but didn't feel pregnant for a couple weeks prior to that. I still feel very pregnant. Haven't gained a pound, yet my tummy is starting to poke out already...so bloated! I'm currently on day 55 (almost 8 weeks), so we shall see.

Thanks for the update, I do think of you often :) I'm so glad you are 'feeling' pregnant, that is a great sign! I didn't have much sickness with my last pregnancy but this time around I did, was nauseous constantly and always on the verge of vomiting but never really did. Each pregnancy is just SO different.

I can't wait to hear about your appointment on Wednesday, how exciting! [clapping] Will pray for you, for a healthy babe and for peace!

I have been wondering and wondering how you were. Thanks so much for dropping an update like this! The nausea is a good sign. With all my miscarriages, I never had a bit of nausea or any other pregnancy symptom, not even AF symptoms. BUT, I know, this is all in the hands of the Lord, and HE has a plan! I'm praying for your peace, hun! I'm watching and waiting with you and pouring my heart to the Lord on your behalf~ ::hugs::

The U/S went very well. Strong heartbeat and baby is measuring at exactly 8 weeks! Since I am considered high risk, I'll probably have an U/S every time I see my doctor. She's really good about that. My next appointment is in 4 weeks.

Naturally, we just want a healthy baby. I mean, it would be nice for me to have a girl this time, but we would also like for our son to have a brother... SOO, either boy or girl would be perfect!

Thank you SO much gals! Your prayers REALLY meant a lot to me.

Oh yeah, we won't be announcing it on facebook until we've told my parents....which will be around Christmas. I thought that was a long time to wait, but it's only like 5 weeks away...hopefully we can wait :)
