HI,
I'm from JHB - My son is 1 year 4 months.
Aaa, I see. Is it also so hot up ther in JHB? Here in the Cape it is fairly hot (but I don't think it is the hottest summer yet)
So your son is 1 year & 4 months... are you planning on the 2nd soon ?

Yep - its been very humid here over the last few days - we did have a lovely storm on Saterday night tho.
Nope no more babies for us - not anytime soon that is! I'm still adjusting to our little man!
I see you are expecting another bundle of joy. Congratulations.
Have you been to any of the other forums - like babynet or mommy.co.za? Just asking.
I can't seem to get my siggie working here - which one of the 4 options on Lilypie must I stcik into my siggie?
Hi,
i don't remember what i used, i think it was Message board (no HTML) EZCODE
Yes, we getting bigger every day now :)
Just do not wait tooo long for the next one. i mean, after i got nice and used to sleeping through, and no more nappies etc, i will have to start the whole drill again.
My husband orininally comes from Pretoria (Verwoedberg -in those days)
No, i have not tried the other forums. i know of babynet, (found it a little "boring" compared to babycenter.com. did not know mommy.co.za Will check it out - thanks.
So, you working or at home with your little man?
I am blessed to be home. I "retired" about 2 years ago. and even though it has been a financial adjustment, we have not looked back. besides, the Lord spoke to both of us "LOUDLY" and I don't think i would dare take another chance again. I understand He wants me at home. I look forward to enjoying our little son at peacefully at home next year.
and our daughter starts Grade 1. (i must be off to get some school cloths now)

You are blessed in deed!
I work fulltime - was and still is at times a challenge. I have a wonderful supportive husband - and together we are making it work.
Grade 1 hey! I went through the process of placing Nathan's name on school waiting list earlier this year - can't believe how competitive life already is for him!
The pressure is on - for us - parents of today. So much to consider.
