I was wondering, how many of you gals workout during pregnancy? I haven't been working out until JUST NOW. I have felt so sloppy and flabby... I finally am getting back into the routine and feel WAY better. I worked out more when I was pregnant with Eliya than with any of the others and her labor was so much easier... I know it's because I worked out. Do you gals workout any and if so, how often and what type of workout? Just curious! thanks for posting! :)

Well, I was doing the shred before I found out I was pg, then I wasn't comfortable doing that anymore, but I was making huge progress. :) I'm a walker when I'm pregnant. With Payton I walked 3 times a day, sometimes more. This time around I haven't been as much but I'm sure I will pick it up in the next few weeks. It always makes me feel better in general and it also helps me sleep a bit better. So ya, I'm a walker :) I can't imagine jogging while pg :neutral: lol
Yeah, Jessy, I know what you mean about not being able to imagine jogging while pg... but we knew a lady who ran marathons and kept on running them right up until the DAY before she delivered! It was wild! All I can imagine is feeling my big ole belly thumping up and down and the jarring of having that baby land over and over on my pelvis. OUCH! That was one hardcore lady!

Oh yeah, Jen, I know women who like to jog too, (not run marathons like the gal you mentioned, thats amazing), but I too get the image of the baby jarring up and down on my pelvis and, well, no thanks lol, I'll stick to walking :)

I like to take the big boys and walk uptown every morning to get the mail and groceries. Now the biggest boy is in school but I still go with the 4yo.
