Is there anything you guys find helps you keep your energy levels up when you are pg? I am going to try to go to bed earlier tonite; 8-ish instead of 9-10ish, but I feel like such a lump! Dh says I was this tired last time, too, but I guess I wasn't trying to do as much around the house so it didn't bother me this way.

Hope you get some good sleep!
Man am I there with you... I feel like I could just sleep ALL day! I still haven't found something that works, five kids later. Ugh. I'm gonna be watching this thread!

For me it's been all about water intake. Before being pg I didn't pay much mind to how much I drank a day. But I know that if I drink a certain amount of water a day, I feel my best in every way. For some reason it's a lot though. I'm just glad it's a simple thing and I can control it easily. So I down as much water as possible a day and I always feel better. :)
ETA: When I was about 20 weeks pg I noticed I was getting a lot of BH's and also plummeting in my energy so that's when i double my water intake. It kicked it in the butt and I was feeling great again. I kept that level up until 31 weeks or so when I wasn't feel well again and upped it once again. And since, I've been feeling better too. HTH!
