Well I had mentioned before that I though I felt little flutters earlier on, but I guess it was just gas because i never felt anything after that.
With Josiah I felt flutter consistently at 13 weeks.
I haven't been worried, since I know the HB was there and it was normal. But just to constantly feel the baby move is so comforting. KWIM?
Well I got in bed last night and it was pretty late. I was lying there waiting to see if I felt anything at all.... and there was nothing. I usually do this when I lie down. So I decided to pray, and I asked God to allow me to feel the baby move. After I was done praying, I felt a good thump on my lower abs, and I even felt it on my hand. I giggled and it happened again! After 3 in a row, I got up and I went to the living room where my dh was and I laid on the couch and told him. I still had my hand on my lower tummy, and as i was lying there I felt it again.
I was surprised that it was more of a thump instead of gassy bubbly feelings. I went a lyed down next to dh and told him to put his hand on my tummy. He did and we waited a minute, and sure enough "thump" and he looked at me and said "Oh my goodness I felt it"! It was so awesome for him to be able to feel the first movements with me! We both were so excited. DH started talking to my little Thumper  And i've been feeling little movements here and there! God is so sweet.
