This is going on day 4 of spotting! I wish I was charting already so I'd know whats up! I really doubt its implantation bleeding.. isn't that only suppose to be a day or two of spotting? From what I've read I've come up with three other possibilities.. ovulatory bleeding, ANovulatory bleeding, or possibly miscarriage. If I am miscarrying though, wouldn't there be a lot more then just spotting? Or that could still be to come, eh? I really hope it's one of the other possibilities! It's more likely that its anovulatory bleeding because of breastfeeding... thats my guess anyway. At least now that I've started charting and actually understand the whole FAM/NFP concepts, if this happens again I'll KNOW whats up! *Sigh*

miscarriage can come later, but usually is accompanied by lower back pain and cramping.
is your spotting still the same as you mentioned before or is it more?

Pretty much the same.. just brownish streaky schtuff. :P Not a whole lot, enough that a need a panty liner so my panties don't get ruined but not enough to soak even a liner yk? Its mostly just when I wipe. Oh and no cramps! No other symptoms of anything really.

it sounds like old blood. You may have had an anovulatory cycle and instead of a period your body is disposing of some old blood from the lining?

or you may have an actual period in the next week or so.

if in two weeks you still have no period I would do another hpt . if it's negative and it's around the time you're suppose to have a period I'd go to the hospital for a blood test

Just jumping in here...I spotted with both of my boys. Three weeks total with my youngest son. It was very frustrating, but one day it just stopped and the entire pregnancy was very healthy. Best wishes!

Yup... had spotting with all of mine, including this one. ;) I sure will be praying for ya gal! I hope you get some answers, that's really the hardest part....... not knowing what's going on. :-/ Big hugs, gal~
