I purchased a Modest Mommy Nursing Cover for nursing in public. It's fantastic! If anyone is looking for an easier way to NIP, I highly recommend it! :)

They are really cute... but boy are those some FLASHY patterns. I think people would be more prone to look at that wild pattern    I like them though!! DD is at the stage where she likes to pull off the cover to see what is going on... this would stop that :D

I agree, Nici, the colors are pretty flashy. I got the Chocolate Paisley print, though, which is more subdued tones. There are probably other nursing covers that are less flashy from other distributors too. :)

I do like them - I think I would buy the Sassy Stripes & look for material to match to make a purse/diaper bag!!

Thanks!!

Glad that this could be of help to you! I just absolutely love my cover! I can latch the baby on now without throwing a blanket over my head. [rofl] I love it!

I do the teeth bit.... or I have to get DH to hold it until all is secure

Oh, and the one thing that I really love about it is the boning in the neckline. That way I can peek down and look at her and it also helps to get her latched on properly. The baby probably feels less weird about being under a cover when she can see mommy too.

I wish I had known about one of those when I was nursing my dd. Very chic! 8)

I've seen something similar at babies r us. It comes in black and brown so it's nice because it blends in with your clothes and just endes up looking like a pancho. I got it this time around because with my dd i kept looking for it and i couldn't find any.
