Yesterday was a wonderful day and I am just on cloud nine still!
We had our 32 week appt. BP is good. Weight gain is fine... a little more than I would like overall at this point, but still healthy. So, trying to not to overthink it. :???:
But, before the doc even said hello as she walked in, she asked, "So, do you want to take a peak at her on the Ultrasound and see what position she is in? I'm just overly curious!"
OF COURSE!!!! I jumped off that chair in no time and was walking with her in the hall... praying the whole way! [praying]
We get all set up and see her in there... heart beat is healthy. She is a happy camper. AND! She is HEAD DOWN!!!! I just about starting crying. With my uterus I was told so many times the chances of her being in the correct position were slim. But we kept praying... kept hoping... kept believing (I had hard times too but overall, trusted). And God is SO GOOD! Simply a miracle. [claploud]
We then went over other parts of our birth plan... which I am slowly working on and figuring out (such as a heparin lock instead of being hooked up to an IV the whole time for being GBS positive). It'll be much nicer/easier to plan now knowing we're headed for a vaginal delivery (which my doc is 100% for)! YAY!!
Brock and I then went to our first "Childbirth and Early Parenting" Class. It was fun! Our instructor is very dynamic. She's an RN from L&D at the hospital I'm delivering at. So it was good to get an inside scoop on how things are run there. We do a tour of L&D next week for more info!!! I'm super excited!
So there ya have it! Another miracle by our Lord. And to think that in just 5-8 weeks our miracle of a baby will be here!! WOW! Time is flying by. :D
Thank you SO much for your continued support and prayers ladies. I have NO doubt that God has heard and answered those prayers, as He is great at doing. [loveyou]
