Ouch, Eva! [hug] I remember it like it was yesterday. Mine was only at night while I was sleeping. I'd wake up each night with acid reflux and would have to pop several extra strength Tums. Those worked wonders for me. I hear milk works for some people, but maybe because of me being lactose intolerant, it actually made mine much worse.

Just started a few days ago. It only comes at night, so I guess that's good that I don't have to deal with it all day:-D

I got three words.. apple cider vinergar! Seriously.. please just try it. Nobody believes me when I tell them this but it works. Try to find acv with the mother.. your local hfs should have it. Just take 1-2tbsp at the first sign of heartburn. It burns for about 10 seconds then gradually over the next minute gets better and better until the heartburn is completely gone. Well thats how it worked for me when I was pregnant. Heres a link with some info on how it works:

Ashlee's right. Apple cider vinegar is used for Many Many things, heartburn being one of them.

Try Pineapple juice I have heard it does really well....

Awww Eva... I'm sorry you're having heartburn~ That sure stinks. Ahhhh the joys of pregnancy. ;) isn't it funny how we can enjoy being pregnant when so many things about it are painful or just generally difficult? ;)
