View Full Version : Super Achy Legs....Anyone else? cre8tivemommie 05-21-2009, 10:59 AM I am 29 weeks, and I my legs ache all night long...does anyone else have this? melloyellochelle 05-21-2009, 11:11 AM I have had it off and on (even before pg). I have heard - haven't tried - that putting bar soap under your sheets will help. Have no idea how or why or if it really works. But just thought I'd share in case it does work. :) My recent night time "ache" is in my toes actually... so strange! But the area around my big toe's nail just bothers me on both feet (I keep my toes clean and nails trimmed up). So I don't know why they would feel this way. It's weird! I hope you find some relief soon though! danou 05-21-2009, 12:13 PM I have had achy legs too... it was suggested to me to up my calcium/magnesium (if in a supplement) intake and my potassium (bannanas). Caffeine decreases calcium absorption. I also try to make sure that I get a good walk in everyday and do some good stretches when I'm done and before bed. It's helping- some days are better than others. d:) ChamomileFriend 05-21-2009, 03:20 PM Are you on your feet alot during the day? When I have achy legs in the evening it is usually from that, I lay down (on the bed or floor) with my legs up against the bed for about 10 min or so, I usually do little ankle rolls or calf stretches while I wait and then when I get upright again my legs feel refreshed. I am not sure why it helps, probably something to do with circulation.
