EXCITED!!! Nervous! Scared. Anxious. Happy! Unsure...



As the time keeps drawing closer and closer for our Grace's arrival, I just find myself at awe that a. I'm pregnant! b. we're parents! and c. she is going to be here so SOON (ready or not!)!!!!!


You'd think that with all the doc appts and high risk stuff, this would have sunk in a lot earlier. But I don't know. I think I'm just realizing that this is happening for sure and we are so blessed!!!

Being a FTM or FTD is stressful and nerve wracking!!! How do people do it without prayer and CHRIST?! I just don't know...

But I do know that I "can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!"

It definitely is a ball of emotions isn't it?! Getting to hold them for the first time is just amazing, no words can describe. I'm so excited for you :mrgreen:

It is the best kind of nervous to be! Praying for a smooth delivery, I am so happy you will be holding your baby soon.

It's amazing how God doesn't give us grace until we need it. If I have 0 kids, God doesn't give me the grace to handle 1 kid until I'm actually a parent. If I have 1 kid, God doesn't give grace to handle 2, until the 2nd one is born!

When I was pregnant this time, I was SO HAPPY to be having another baby, but SO SCARED of how I would do with 2 children. As it turned out, it's just fine, easier (so far) for me actually than transitioning from 0 to 1 was.

You're almost there! How exciting! The love that I felt for both of my children when they were first born was just indescribable. [heart] [heart] [heart] I can tell already from your posts that you're going to be a great mom!

With ds I don't think I TRULY believed I was pregnant until I held him for the first time, and even after I couldn't believe he was mine and no one was going to take him away. I remember going to each apt. thinking they were going to tell me that I made the whole pregnancy up and that I was crazy. With this one I can't believe it is a girl, and I can't believe she will be here anytime. It is so exciting having your first, you are going to be even more amazed when your little girl is here.
