So does anyone know of general tips/tricks to increase male fertility? Dh hasn't been tested for anything yet, but since we know there's nothing wrong with me, I'm wondering what we can do to help his little men... :wink:

He already wears boxers. My grandmother mentioned that my grandfather took Vit E for a while before she got pregnant... anyone heard of anything like that?

I know staying away from hot tubs, extremely warm bathes or the like is always good. I also know that alcohol can effect sperm count as well. They also have over the counter tests for men that can see if they have a low count as well, don't know if you dh would be up for that or not, sometimes it's lower stress than going in to have it checked.

I would try searching natural fertility stuff. I used to have a bunch of info saved, but I have deleted everything now. Naturopathic sites have tons of info though. I know it is good to take zinc, vit C and maca.

I finally managed to switch doctors to someone near me now, so I think our next step (since I've already been tested!) is to get dh into a specialist. Hopefully some time this summer! Would anyone whose dh has been thru this be willing to pm me about details? How can I help prepare him? He's ONLY willing to do this because it's for me... he really hates the idea actually!
