Two years ago on this day, we watch our son go home to be with the Lord. This beautiful person, fully formed, fully known by the Lord, was created to be with us for just a short two days. Two days that were meant to be his, and ours. We were so very blessed to be able to touch, smell, kiss, talk to, love, watch, and just experience this baby boy who was meant to bud here on earth, but grow in Heaven. He is forever untouched by the sin of this world. He knew no sadness, no disappointment, no hurt from this angry world that our sin and satan has ruined. He is forever in the most special place, and we praise the Lord that he is forever in His arms!

My heart feels the pain of not having my boy in my arms, but I know this time of earth will be just a blink when I reach that joyous day where I go home and into the presence of our Lord, and there will be my little boy, in a perfect body, free from pain, from defects, and full of love!

PRAISE HIM WHO GIVETH AND TAKETH AWAY!!
