Well, I had my 37 week check-up today. For the past 2 weeks I've been measuring a week ahead, but today I measured 39 1/2 weeks. So... the midwife wanted to do an ultrasound, but when i asked about the cost (we're self-pay and I would have to go to hospital) she said she would just ahve me wait a week and if I still measured that big next week then we would do an ultrasound. She wants to check 3 things, how big baby is, my amniotic fluid level (it tends to run high), and if the baby is breech. I really don't think it's breech because both the other midwives felt the head down at my last 2 appointments and I am getting feet in the ribcage. lol However, I would appreciate the prayer that either I go early or the measurement thing gets straightened out.

I sure will be thinking of you and lifting you up! I know in those last few weeks it's easy to get anxious over things... at least that was the case for me. When they started talking about induction I about had a panic attack. But... I had to remind myself that *God* is in control... NOT me. No matter how much I worry, it won't change things for the better. You seem way more level headed than I am, so good for you gal! ;) but yes, I will be praying for you!
