Hi, I'm new here and looking forward to jumping in! I'm a wife and mama to a AMAZING :D little preschooling girl=). I've been a christian for ten years, I love being a wife and mom. We hope to homeschool/unschool our little cutey and Im getting into crunchy stuff (hence the nickname) like herbs and balancing natural stuff with our budget and our bent toward being mcdonald's lovers=) Yah, I know, they don't really mix but, we're working on it :wink: I'm glad I found this place- this will be my second mama board experience.

Hi , Im new here too. I'm a little bit crunchy (maybe only crispy) I like trying new natural things. I make almost all the baby food. I love baby wearing. I was breastfeeding, till he went on strike a few weeks ago.

It is cool=) 4:29am. I have a friend who had her little girl at about that time on em's 2nd b-day. So, we spent some of em's b-day in the hospitol waiting for the little monkey to show up. I had em bring in a "happy birthday" balloon for her. . .it was cute.

Yup, Home of LL Bean!!! My dh grew up here and now takes our dd to Beans for the same kind of outings that his mom took him on. The main store has a trout pong on the inside and water fall on the out side. They go look at the trout and the play in the tents that are set up on display. Yah, Beans- BIG here :lol:

You're not kidding about LL Bean being big...I nearly get lost in there! Always, no matter how long I'm in there, I seem to get sore feet... :? So...I don't really enjoy trips to that store...but yes, the trout are very fun! I enjoy that aspect of it!

I'm from Vermont, but currently living in NY, and every time I get my Bean catalog I just sit and bawl like a baby while turning the pages! It makes me so homesick to see pictures of New England, especially when I read a sentence with "wicked" in it (like "wicked cool" "wicked good, etc). I'm such a sentimental sap :lol: And don't even get me started on how hard it is to find some decent syrup here!
