OK so this morning I woke up with a headache and a slightly sore throat. I was just happy all I had to do was cook dinner, no laundry no nothing because it could wait until I was feeling better.

I have 2 pails I switch out for dirty diapers. I had them stacked on top of each other. I had a whole bunch of clean diapers in the clothes basket. I was putting them in a stack for later when I realized that I seemed to be missing a whole lot of diapers and inserts. Where did they go? This is weird that i keep running out of diapers like every other day!! Anyway I took off the top pail from the laundry room to use to put diapers in until I did laundry again.

Then I thought to check in the bottom bucket. YUCK like peed diapers sitting in there rotting for a WEEK!!! NASTY yuck. The stench was horrible. So much for escaping laundry. And these diapers are going to need like, double duty to get them clean.... gross.. I must have put that bucket in there to start washing them and then forgot, and when i saw it again assumed it was empty because, well, it's in the laundry room.

I just wish I could keep better track of stuff like that. Ever since I had a kid all I think about is "Where is the baby? Ok the baby is there. Is the baby fed? Ok she's fed. Does she need a diaper change? Ok her diaper is changed. Is she tired? Maybe she needs a nap." and everything else is out the window as far as my brain is concerned LOL

Anyway washing them stank up the whole house... gross. I wish we had a basement for laundry LOL

Oh I can't even stand that lethal ammonia pong even after a day of them being there. ewww I have to double wash in hot cycle with nappysan and washing powder to make them good again and bleach the bucket out.
