Hi Everyone! My name is Megan, and I am going to be a mom for the first time in September! I spend a lot of time on BabyCenter, but get tired of all the drama so I started looking for a place to connect with other Christian moms. I am excited to be here!
I am a full-time teacher and have been married to my husband Brian for 4.5 years. We have a 4 year old Yorkie named Tucker who is going to have some major sibling rivalry when the baby is born!
At this point we are planning a home birth using the Bradley Method. We are really excited to see how that all plays out. I guess that's all there is to know!

Hey Meg! [welcomesign] to C'moms!! Congrats on your little one! :-) There are other moms here that have had homebirths too! I'm Kate and I have a son that will be 4 next month and a daughter that will be 1 next month. I've been married for 5.5 years. :-)

Hi Megan.. welcome to C'moms! Congratulations on your little bean. I have had wonderful homebirths with all 4 of my kiddos. It's really exciting to hear more women are going this route! If you'd like to read birth stories of mine and other ladies on here let me know and I can link you to them. :D

Hi and welcome! Both of my 2 kiddos were born at home, and I took Bradley method classes during my first pregnancy. I found that the classes were helpful and both of my births went really well. Feel free to ask any questions that you might have!

Hi Megan! How exciting! When I arrived to the C'moms I was pregnant too... and had my first baby on Sept. 2008!!! :) ... her name is Natalia... and everybody here was such a great encouragement during the whole pregnancy!

I had our first daughter at home...Sept. 1st of 2005...wow, that seems so long ago. We had our last two in the hospital for various reasons, but they were like homebirths! I hope you get the homebirth you want...it's an amazing journey!!! :-D
Hope you enjoy your time here...these wonderful ladies helped me through the hardest days of my life thus far....they are precious jems!!!
